Can I apply for government job if charges are released

an fir lodged against the secretary of a registered club under 135 electricity act in 2005. being the secretary i move the case. cleared the assessment charge of the company. get bail from high court. not been arrested. then the company compounded the case against compounding charge of Rs. 10,000.00. the special court released me from the charge after the representative's declaration of the compounding of the case. now if i get a government job can it be cancelled for having the past case of section 135 electricity act from which i have been released in 2007.

Dear sir,if you get convicted i.e. if you get punishment only then its a bar that too for an offence involving moral turpitude. Here, in your case the case is over by compounding, you are not convicted, so don't worry you will not face any problem if you get a Govt. job.
