The staff responsible to take case of wiring and electrical maintainance. As nobody can dare to steal or commit theft there without support or connivance of internal staff. The vicarious responsibility will be on the of the government office as it is his responsibility to take care of the conduct of staff.

The person who is doing theft and HOD of department if it is done into his knowledge. Further is no particular person is doing than bring that issue in writing into the knowledge of HOD and thereafter if he ll not take any action register FIR or file complaint in department
