If they are not complying with the order of CAt, despite having lost uptil the Supreme Court, you should immediately file a contempt in the HC and seek compliance of the order of the cat..

You will have to share the entire details of the case along with the relevant papers so that a proper opinion might be given for the said matter. What is your particular grievance in this matter will also be relevant.

Dear
Although your terms are not very evident however, I can make out from your query that the case has been adjudicated in the favour of the labours by the CAT and the High and the appeal filed by the AG office in supreme court has been dismissed. It is hereby advised that labour should take up with AG office for compliance of the order of the High Court and if they do not comply then contempt petition should be filed in the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad.

What I could gather from your averments that 'Some labour of AG office fill a case in CAT for regulations because there junior has regularise but they are ignore CAT give a decision in favour of labour but AG office go to HC Allahabad again HC does not take any objection and pass the CAT order in favour of labour AG file a case in SC after 3 year on 1-3-2017 case has dispose by SC without any order', is that the Labour has won from CAT till Supreme court. If the office is not complying, your remedy is to file contempt petition before CAT.

The AG office could have filed for review of the dismissed appeal within 30 days from the date of dismissal. So in this case where 60 days time is over after disposing off a case labour do not have to do anything.
