Wife's family trying to create problems among us - What can be done

Hi, I am 33 year old married man got married in June 2014. Since beginning of my married life, I faced lot of interference from my mother-in-law & brother in law side. I am living happy life with my wife alone. My parents live in other place. But due to her family interference my wife also does not show good behaviour towards me. I am worried that if something mis happened they will try to create problems with my parents or try to enquire the property of parents earned by my parents. We don't have any ancestral property. I want to leave some legal document so that in any case no one can create problem for my family. Please advice.
Your parents property can not be claimed by your wife, so you need not worry. You can get their will for their self-earned property. However, even this is not required.
You can go for a marriage counselling in which both you and your wife would be interacted and probably your wife could be guided better to reduce the interference of her family in your family matters.

Don't wait for action of your wife u should file divorce on the ground of cruelty or mental harassment before her action that can help u to save yourself as well as your family for better suggestion describe your whole situation to help out u and your family

Lot of changes had been carried out in Hindu law of succession in the year 2005 ,as per which both daughter and son has equal rights ,you had not given details ,provides details then it will be easier !
