Wife left home 4 years ago can I marry again

meri wife ko 4 saal ghar chode ho gai jiski missing report darj hai, mere pass 4 kids hai jinka palan posan mai kr rha hu,kya mai dusri saadi kr skta hu
No you can't marry again in this situation. U have to take decree of divorce from competent court or missing complaint is 7 years old, Then only u can marry again. Our law is very clear on such issue.

You have to wait for seven years after the day she was last seen or heard of by ppl who would have heard of her or seen her in normal course of life . After 7 years of such date , your wife can be presumed to be dead and then you can marry again . But if her where abouts are known or she appears within 7 years then you have to file divorce before remarrying

We need to know complete facts. Do you know here whereabouts? You cannot marry someone else, if your first wife is alive. First you will have to take divorce. (Desertion for 2 years becomes a ground for divorce). If she has died and you have proof, then you can marry someone else.
