12-Apr-2023 (In Family Law)
We are Hindus. My dada (paternal grandfather) and the girl's nana (maternal grandfather) are own brothers. We share common great grandparents. Can we get married under HMA?

No, it is under the provision of prohibited degrees of relationship as per Hindu Marriage Act. As you share the common grand parents and would be treated as prohibited as would be called somewhere as cousin brother and sister. so sorry as per HMA i would not advise for such type of marriage.
