What is legal remedy available for Dowry case for husband?

My wife has vexed me up all ways she filed twice dowry case of which in the first time I have an acquittal,now she filed maintenance which I am paying she filed domestic violence,dowry case again as I cant take it anymore I filed divorce from 8 months she is using the favourism of women under the eye of law and she is escaping divorce precedings, now I understood that this is all delay tactics to waste my time, I lost my job coz she created nuisance at my place for which I had to stay there to safeguard my aged parents. I am fed up with her, from past year every month 4-5 dates so not able to work. If I leave my house will my parents will be arrested or tortured.
Press your divorce case filed by u since if you press that case u could do others since dowry case cannot be filed twice file discharge application for it further dv case can be won since u r residing seperately as first dowry acquittal will help and further file complaint from ur parents under senior citizenship act against ur wife u can get relaxation go on

Why you have to leave your house, tell your advocate to contest your divorce case with proper and timely submission. How your wife can delay it, it is under the hand of court and court has to decide about the case and not your wife's tactics.
