What are the rights of married unemployed women to maintain parents

24-May-2023 (In Family Law)
My question is - as per several laws boy's are bound by law to protect their parents. But, if an women, who is a housewife wants to take care of her ailing parents and mentally challenged sister, does she receive any legal support; esp. if this is done against the wishes of her husband - who is instigated by his elder brother and his wife, who bears heinous intentions against the daughter of the house along with an eye upon property of the ailing parents. Can the women challenge them in the court of law, and produce legal orders instructing them to check their moves. Can she produce legal orders, instructing the husband to allow the ailing parents to remain in his house, where the ailing parents meet their own expenses from the earnings received from their property. Can she take a separation order from court, and receive a fair share of her husband's earnings as maintenance. Can she, for that matter file for an RTI claiming to know the details of her husband's earnings. Hindu Marriage

First the wife shall make a complaint before the local police station then file a domestic violence case alongwith her ailing parents for protection of all and file a maintenance case simultaneously to obtain maintenance and the husband himself will opt for separation himself upon such acts and actions done by wife.

Look. You can asked a series of questions. All are answerable, but one after another.
Boy and Girl are on the same footing. There is no difference in between them in respect of responsibility upon their own parents.
Employed Women have every right to spend her money for her parents Care. And for this purpose, no one can oppose it, because, she have every right to spend her money as she like best.
Her husband and in-laws have no right to protest it. There is no such law under which court can give direction as you think so.
If women can earn enough or in other way she is a Govt. Employee, then she did not wants maintenance for herself.
Wife can send RTI to know the salary details of his husband from the Department where he served.
Lastly I say, please met with an Advocate personally, who can solve your each and every quarries. Otherwise, in this way we did not solve properly your problem.
Ok. thanks to you.
