I am love my first cousin(daughter of my mother's younger sister). She also love me. We wanted marriage. She is 18 years above. This is legal in India? We are Hindi. Please helps Us! This is crime?
Hello dear, according to hindu law u both are Sapindi and the marriage is probited but this it not a offence if u marry among them,u both are major if u love each other u can do it because our constitution support u both good luck and just married.

You can not marry your first cousin as it falls under prohibited relationship in Hindu laws. In case you marry, the marriage will be null and void and there would not be any future for that relationship.
