Are you come from hindu family? Is there any kind of similar custom prevailing in your family or where you belongs to originally castewise or regionwise? Legally you can marry with your partner as you provided the whole chain of relationship. It will be legal as per hindu law.

It means he is your maternal uncle, and according to hindu Mitakshra law, no one who is hindu can marry with a person lying in 5th generation of mother and 7 generation of father's side. It is against the hindu religion however such practice is going on some south states. One has to change one's religion wherein such practices are permitted

Yes, you can marry him under the Hindu Marriage Act and it would be completely legal because you both don't fall under the prohibited degree of Marriage under Hindu Marriage Act, as per the details you provided. Please do contact for further advise.
