Sister in law not letting me live in my house,threatening to file case

Sir/Madam  mere perents ki death k baad mere bde bhai or uski wife ne mere hise ki property cheat krke apne naam kr li,3 saal phle mere bhai ki bi death ho gyi h, jo ghr mere perents ka h ab mere bhai ki wife usme bi mere ko rhne na de ri, jbki wo humare bich bant Chuka h fir bi mere ko usme ni rhne Dena chati. mere ko police or court ki dhamki deti h , choti -choti baat pr mere saath bura behav Kiya jata h, mere ko ungrounded case lgane ki dhamki di jati h.

Hello sbse phle appko police station me complaint de deni chahiye .or apke pass koi proof h ki apke pearents ki property apke bade bhai bhabhi ne fraud krke Apne name krvai h..

Hi Dear. As you have mentioned that the above mentioned house belongs to your parents so you have the legal right in the property so don't vacate the property at any cost. For all the threatening file a criminal complaint at your nearest court through an Advocate . Also file a civil suit for permanent injunction through the partition documents.

Hindu succession act guarantee your share as daughter in property gained or received through grandfather.no suit or case can be instituted against you.rather you can seek injunction against your bhai.

In your case there r few queries/question which could be cleared by meeting or by calling...civil suit has been filed for declaration and other reliefs..in civil suit we prayed for our share in property and not to eject without any consideration.
