Q: Can my father take additional loan

I am looking for a legal advice. My mother has invested on a property in my home town, paying from her paycheck from past 20 years and house rents. Being an Alzheimer’s patient she lost memory and can’t talk. My Dad lived with another woman throughout his life. He used to collect rents and pay house loans, after my mom fell sick. Now He got loan closing certificate and trying to get house original documents. Can He sell or take additional loan amount using that document. The property is in my Mom’s name , cleverly he has doctors certificate claiming my MOM cannot talk or read . He don't have kids of his own from another lady Thank you

Advocate Sandigdha Mishra answered
Hi dear. If the property is in your Mother's name then your father can not sell it. It is important to know who have the property documents and who is in the possession of the property. To safeguard it you can file a injunction suit which is in a civil nature according to the jurisdiction of the land.

I have been going through a mental harassment for 5 months now in my office by my manager, she is been humiliating me and scolding me in front of everyone . And she really hates me and trying her best to chuck me out from the office . I am really facing depression and I am really scared of going to work everyday. I need help asap . She has done it in the past with other employees as well so its just not me.

After that you should consult an advocate with all your documents that is appointment letter, hr policy, company details whether it is registered under SE act of the state or not etc. After complete study of your situation advocate can file a petition to your respective labour Court.

Q: How can I sue Appsdaily a Mobile insurance Company

I have submitted my S7 Edge to AppsDaily for repairing after it’s screen got cracked as i purchased AppsDaily Insurance for the phone. I submitted my phone (by paying Rs 3000) in November 2016 at their center. I haven’t received my phone yet (in April 2017). In March, 2017 i received a call saying that we can’t repair your phone so it has to be replaced with a new one but for this you have to pay Rs 14000. I paid this amount. But here i am, without my phone :( And now, there is no response on the Customer Care and my mails are not even getting delivered to their customer care email ids. How can i sue them, now ? Or what should be the next steps ? Thanks for any legal advice.

Advocate Sandigdha Mishra answered
Hi dear. File a consumer complaint to your district consumer forum for deficiency of service against the mobile company. Also you can file civil suit for recovery of your amount. Take an early action to get an effective result.
