File a visatation application. The court will allow ur father mother to meet kids and on the very frst infringment of the order file the cusstody of kids. You can directly file custodial application on behalf of ur parents. Court always believe the welfare of child is most important in giving the custody of childrens.

You have right to file custody of children under guardian and ward act.you give application in that case for visitation rights to children .if welfare of children is not with mother then custody may be given to grand parents

Yes, there is a legal way to meet them. You have to file a case before the civil judge senior division, where the children are residing under the guardian and wards Act to meet the children. The grand parents can also get the custody if they prove that they can look after the kids better than the mother of the children because welfare of the children is the prime concern of the court.
