Remedy to get maintenance from working son by a widow mother

I am an widow.My son is not giving any money for my living and forced me to go out of the house.He is working in DAV public school in M.P.What can I do?
Yes you can claim maintenance from your son ,there are some legal provisions to grant maintenance to old parents. Only thing is that you have to file a case at the court where your son works, you have to contact a lawyer there.

Their is remedy for your problem. You can file 125 crpc for maintenance before the Honorable family judge court or before the Honorable sdjm or if you are of 60 year ago then you can pray maintenance under senior citizens Act
