Q: How to oppose bail application to stop the criminal from taking bail by court ?

I want to know the steps or the procedure wherein i can apply for non-baillable request to the high court before and after the FIR is lodged. And also in case if Anticipatory bail is applied by the criminal and he has the bail papers. how to oppose anticipatory bail ?

Yes you can file an objection by virtue of an affidavit filed before the hon'ble high court under section 302 of crpc by engaging an advocate. But after the chargesheet is filed it is the discretion of the concerned court at last can grant bail to the accused.



Q: What is the difference between cp and crp divorce ?

Sir can any body help me out with what is cp case in court and the confusion of cp case and crp case in divorce.as my wife has filed a cp case on me. what does cp case mean in court ?

That every court by virtue of identification provides a case number for divorce CP which means civil petition in some areas civil proceedings which is filed in the local civil court and CRP which means civil revision petition which is filed in the higher court to revise the order of the lower court to protect the human rights and natural justice.



Q: about my marriage to a person not divorcing his first wife

sir,i want to marry a person who have first wife.there is no physical relation with the first one.after falling in love with me he wanted to marry me.but he is still not divorcing the first one..so how can i lead my life with him suggest me pls.

As per the Hindu marriage act without the dissolution of the first marriage, the second marriage cannot be treated as legal. and it is null and void. firstly the first marriage has to be dissolved then after you can get marry till then your marriage cannot be treated as legal.



Q: Cancel Marriage Application Form which has not been registered yet

I have applied for marriage with a girl under pressure but now family are talking to each other and i want to withdraw or cancel the application form. How can it be done please guide.

A marriage application is filed before the special marriage officer, after completion of one month both boy and girl can approach the marriage officer for marriage registration. and thereafter the marriage application is valid for 90 days. after 90 days the marriage application itself stands cancelled.

Hi, I am staying in Bhubaneswar on rent since last 7 years. Can i get a residential certificate from the respective Municipality. What are the document required for that.

Residential certificates are issued for certain purposes. Residence certificate can be issued as per your stay at one place. If it is for employment your stay should be for 12 yrs. if it is for marriage one month of residence is sufficient. For further assistance you can approach the nearest Common services centre i.e., Jan Seva Kendra. They will assist you and ask the required documents.
