Hi
Your sister has got a job on compassionate grounds and in any compassionate appointment family arrangements do not have any value whatsoever.
Also since it is only a family arrangement between you , your sister and your mother, the same cannot be enforced in any court of law.
However you can ask your family elders to intervene and settle the issue as courts will not have jurisdiction to settle family arrangements.

Dear Client,
How did your younger sister got your father`s job. Have you given your consent to the Officials. If not you can file a complaint before the Officers by ignoring you, they gave job to your younger sister. You can file a writ petition in High Court and take direction to give job to you. Engage an expert advocate for drafting notices and filing case for you. If you have given your consent, by signing on the form that you have no objection to give job to your younger sister now you cannot do anything.

How many brothers and sisters? What job are you doing now? Be patience with family matter. Try to solve the issue within family members. Your mother is having all legal rights about father money. You have to convince her.
