Legal action to make husband come back to previous marital home

My husband left me in a rented house which is near my workplace.and he took accomodation on rent in somewhere else which is far away from my place.nw he is forcing me to settle there n leave tat house where we have been staying for 2 n a half yrs.What should I do now?
Do it what is best for you. Here we do not understand, Why your husband wants to shift your rented house from present house or Why you do not want to shift it only because it is nearest from your working place. If both of you have enough adjustment, then what is problem? If you send any quaries please give us proper gist of your problem otherwise, we do not give you proper sugession.

As per law you are supposed to live where your husband stays which is known as matrimonal home, if you refuse he may implicate false allegations that you do not wish to reside in the matrimonial home alongwith his parents and can file divorce for the same. You should talk and settle or file a maintenance case against your husband.
