Law relating to payment made to caretaker?

Dear Sir, I want to know about the law by which we can pay the money to my brother for caretaking of my self since last 24 years. Is it possible any how? please reply. Regards,

Basically these issues are governed by the provisions of the Hindu Minority and Guardianship Act, but the customs prevailing in your society in reference to this case is also very important. However if you want to pay money to your elder brother in return of your care, you must execute appropriate document with your brother and can easily make the payment. You may pay the same way you would pay for any other service availed by you.
There would not be any need to look for a specific law for this purpose.
Nothing stops you to pay any amount to your brother for care taking and the expenses incurred by him on this.

Yes you can pay him for his services or even compensate him for his good services in cash or kind, if he is ready to accept the same. There is no set formula for calculation of reward for his services but you can discuss with him and make him more comfortable .
