In Hindu Marriage Act,there is
no provision given in this regard and such type of Live in relation/Marriage is not validated by this Act.Without sapt -padi ,the marriage is void because as per Hindu Marriage Act ,it is not a contract.Hence,if any type of deed executed between the parties that shall be treated as contract and governed by Indian Contract Act.

This kind of Agreement is not possible as it is a void Agreement. According to the Indian Contract Act, any Agreement which is in restraint of trade is bad. Thus, I wish to inform you that you cannot enter into this kind of Agreement with your boy friend.

Ma'am, I think it would be a contract against the public policy so better to marry or live-in partnership and enter into contract of some other manner. This kind of relation though had been fully legalized but the DVAct protects the right of the girl if the relation was in the nature of marriage.
