I am facing harassment by husband and his family

I am Hindu My husband mother and his younger brother harassed for dowry from my parents. Abuse and torture was normal My husband not give any money to me and my daughter 4 years old I am living with my parents since last 4 yes.
As you are staying with your parent's since last 4 year & still you have not filled any Complaint under 498A. So now you can file DV Act. And you can file maintenance suit against your husband under crpc 125 .
