I am facing harassment by husband and his family

I am Hindu My husband mother and his younger brother harassed for dowry from my parents. Abuse and torture was normal My husband not give any money to me and my daughter 4 years old I am living with my parents since last 4 yes.

As you are staying with your parent's since last 4 year & still you have not filled any Complaint under 498A. So now you can file DV Act. And you can file maintenance suit against your husband under crpc 125 .

Hi plese tell me when u guys got married.the date and since when are you living alone with your parents. How old is your son We can file maintenance suit and divorce for your maintenance suit from your side
