Husband and in laws torturing mentally/physically what can I do

hi, my age is 27 im married on 24 dec 2016 after a maarige my mother in law start doing mental torture and always use abusive words for me and my family and always force me to do each and every work alone and my husband also supports to my mother in law and fight with me and on 27 jan they put some terms and condition if i want to stay there like i have to broke all type of relation with my parents , do all work of home alone and if my in laws torture me i never complain with anyone. please help and suggest me

In this matter The victime will have To file Complaint against in-laws under domestic vailence act in Police station if Police not do anything the victim have to file Complaint case in megisatrate court under section 200cr.pc in some time The victime also file maintanance Case under section 125 crpc I can handle thise Case

File a police complaint against your husband and mother in law under section 498A IPC. Also get a protection order against them under Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005. File an application for maintenance under section 125 CrPC against your husband. You can take Divorce from your husband if you want.
