How to file for divorce on ground of harassment

I belong to Hindu family. My marriage got fixed with a guy 6 month back. After that we came to know that guy earlier too got engaged to a girl but the groom family broke that engagement as the bride family was from other caste and they lied that they are from some caste. Later the bride family did fir on groom family that they demanded money and when they didn’t fulfil bride family cancel marriage which is totally wrong. In between I married to that guy in arya samaj mandir . Now that case is still pending in court and groom father is in jail. Court is not granting him bail . what should I do now. As now I am wife of that guy. And that family with whom his marriage was fixed is still after him and harassing him as well as family..
First, Let the investigation authority file its charge sheet in the present case which is to be submitted usually within 3 months. Thereafter, you can file a petition for his bail. Whether he has demanded money or not is completely subject matter of trial which would be dealt at later stage. In the meantime, you can file a complain petition against that family who is harrassing you & your family in the court or get the F.I.R lodged for harrassment.

You have to file a quashing petition before high court against the complaints as marriage is not solemnised then you have to show that this is only for a harrashme nt and black mailing this is the safest way.
