How to file for divorce from Divorce from alcoholic husband

Senior citizen. Unemployed.drunk since 30 yrs.no financial backing.will I n my children have to support him with house or monthly expense ?

If he is ready you can file for mutual consent divorce which will be granted six months after filing date. Your children if adult will have to financially suport him if he files a Petition for maintenance against them.

Madam, you can either file for divorce u/s 13b by mutual consent and I'd Dosent agree to mutual then you can go for u/s 13 of hma act. And simultaneously you can also file dv suit against your husband.
