How much alimony can a working woman claim form husband

Hindu marriage! My husband wants divorce from me ! Asking for mutual consent divorce ! My husband beaten during pregnancy and I filed a police complaint ! Am with seven months old boy baby ! He is earning 1.5 Laks per month and am earning 40000 per month ! Will I get alimony for me ? How much alimony should I ask alimony for my son ?
You can ask for the maintenance for the kid until he attains the age of earnings.if he has any property you can even ask for any of these to be registered before the divorce for your permanent alimony.

Your husband wants divorce by mutual consent, are you willing to give him divorce by mutual consent? If you are willing then you can bargain for a settlement. You can always get more alimony if u claim in accordance with the background but if you claim based on his salary you will get quite less
