How can I proceed for divorce against husband who loves his ex

Hi Sir/Ma'am, My sister got married on 16th Feb this year.It was an arranged marriage.She lived with the guy for about 6-7 days and then the guy left to the city where he works in an IT firm.They both kept on talking in between but one day the guy tells him that he still loves her ex-girlfriend and can never love my sister.She acted from starting till the time of marriage.My sister also has the recording where he said above things.Now we wanted to settle the case by taking all our money which was spent in the marriage (also 7 lakh case was given to his father who kept on demanding for more) and then divorce.But they are reluctant to it.He admitted his mistake over phone but now 2 days back he came to our home and started blaming my sister for everything.He keeps on changing his statements. and in case if we don't have proper proof,can we make some false allegations against them?
Yes, you can bluff anything but you must prove before the court with such witnesses who can withstand cross examination. Any it is the right time to take right decision. More options possible only in person.

File a complaint against her husband, father, mother brother sister for dowry harassment case and arrest and send them to jail later file domestic violence against women case and harass them later they come for settlement and make them to come court and strain by filing any case. Then move for settlement and u will recover ur amount along with permanent alimony to u.
