Division of ancestral property among legal heirs

Hi sir/madam my grandfather as 4 sons(A,B,C,D) and 3 daughter(D1,D2,D3) and my grand mother has land from his father so after my grandmother died ,the land was transferred to her elder son (A) while my grand father alive without taking any sign from grandfather and other sons and daughter and after that land was disputed for 4sons in 2007 according to vibhagiya patra(Panchayath paripat) so in that they divided 4 part A,B,C,D and in my father section(D) after getting sign from my father for that document they edited the land values and given less land and phani also came in there names but none of the documents is not registered in sub Reg office so is there any rights on grand son to put suite and asking for equal share with present of my father(D)

Yes, you can file for partition suit for claiming equal share in the property. But as per Section 35 of the Karnataka there is no total prohibition for receiving unregistered document in evidence and an unregistered partition deed could be received in evidence to prove a collateral transaction.

if it really unregistered documents u can file a partition suit for asking a relief of equal partition according to law before that u have to collect all the relevant documents from that date of sale deed between ur father and grand parents such as EC RTC's and file a petition before the competent court ..

if it is registered means u have less chances because father made the signatures to the documents in presence of witnesses..
