Q: Legal advice for property case from Karnataka

Sir my grandfather has two daughter and one son my grandfather purchased all property with his income and directly he made in the name of his son (my father) at that time my father was minor now my father's. sisters filed a case that they want share in the property my father age is 63 and my grandfather died in 1992.and sisters completed 40 years of their marriage now can the have right to ask share sir .and one more thing sir this property became self acquired or ancestors ( we asked so many lawyers all given mix answers some are telling they can't ask for share bcz it is purchased in the name of his minor son who now is major so he is the obsolute owner of the property and some telling that once my grandfather died it will b a ancestors property and all have equal rights on property and minor can't earn so if father purchased the property with his income then they have rights to ask please tell me any this type of case judgement has been came in any court for my reference

We have 30 acre of land registered in our name in rtc, we got this land 400plus years ago.. we have kali temple it's believed that because we have the temple we got this land, but now some villagers r saying this is government land and they telling to give this land back to villager and they r saying they will request government and all trying to scare us .. but this land RTC is in our name we can sell this land as well, before all so we have selled the land

Hi I am from Bangalore Hindu family nnmy name is Shridar V nnI have a site at Anekal is which 30x40 , and i have paid all EMI to bank and no due to bankWhen i approach the bank to give me back the site document they said i need to get the NOC from wifeSince at that time in 2018 the case was ON at family court at BangaloreThe family court ordered to pay compansion of Rs 5Lakh to wife and child. Sir you can execute release deed from your wife so that easily the revenue entries can be changed. Further kindly provide the divorce copy to the bank official and explain them and show the conditions which have been stipulated in the divorce order so that they may provide you the NOC



Q: Refusal of registering sale deed by the purchaser

Myself and my brother executed a sale agreement on 19th day of March 2021 at whitefield Bangalore. Agreed for asale consideration of 60 lacs and received an advance amount of 10 lacs the same day. The time agreed to pay the balance and get registered the property was 60 days. Due to lockdown the the mediator called over Phone after 70 days and says that the purchaser can not arrange the balance and the registration can not be done. In the event the purchaser faits to register only a small sum of rs 30000/= is being deducted as penalty. Now the agent is pressuring us to return the money which we utilised for our other commitments thinking that the deal is sure going to success.What can we do now to overcome this problem?
