Cyber crime committed by mentally sick person torched by own mom

actually I am being mentally and emotionally tortured by my own mom ,I am mentally not well,and undergoing homeopathic treatment for two years.knowing all these she she still tortures and blackmails me.As my mental condition is not good so by heat of moment if I commit any cyber crime specially texting someone abusive and obscene on social site through messages which I don't wanted to do but it occurred unintentionally as my mental condition is not good.In that case will I get arrested? How to prove that it took place unintentionally?Can I take any action against my own mom?
As you state you are mentally unstable i hope you have medical records for the same, which would prove your part, now as you state your mom does it all gather proofs of the same to bring her down by making a police complaint.

Cyber crime is a huge offence. Nevertheless,there are defences that you may opt for. Firstly,I need to know the exact act of which you are concerned.
Secondly, if your mom tortures you ,you can take legal action against her only if you have sufficient evidence.

If you commit any cyber Crime, then obviously you should be punish. So my young friend, don't cross your limit. And for save yourself, it is quite impossible to you to proof that you do it without any malafide intention and until proof it you will go to Judicial Custody or HOME if you are minor one.
You can take legal action against your own mom if she torture upon you and for it you can take help from either Child Welfare Committee in the District or Women and Child Protection Cell of Police Department.
