Before answering your query, I would like to inform you that the complaint which you have lodged to police is a case of domestic violence and police authorities are responsible for taking appropriate action on the same. So inform me about the subsequent actions taken by police.
Considering about your divorce petition, filing of plant, court will summon your and will asked him to file written statement on his part. If he also wants to get divorce court will remand your matter for mutual consent or May asked, both of you, whether to appoint an arbitrator to redress your grievance amicably or not? Your husband would be able to do nothing than this.
