Can I file complain in mahila thana while chargesheet is in process?

I have filed DV, dowry, and 494 cases on my husband nd in laws. Chargesheet is still in progress and not yet reached in court records. It's been a month. Now I want to go to mahila thana nd again lodge complain to make my in laws suffer like I did. My in laws r enjoying after destroying my life nd judiciary is too slow to support victim..will mahila thana help?

Dear Client, In such a circumstance, you should approach the High Court for the purpose of Fair Investigation over that case if the Chargesheet has not been filed for the last one month High Court will direct in tour case then your problem may shortly resolve.
