Claim my share from father who converted ancestral to acquired proprty

Hello sir, i am married daughter, was married in 2015, have filed divorce in mutual consent as my parents had betryed me in marraige about groom and his family and all things, not fault of grooms family they were also unknown about fact till the wedding. As it was froad i filed divorce in mutual cansent. My question is that it happens very consistingly in our society specially from girls family, eho is responsible for spoilage of two lives , i want justice what should i do for it legaly. Sir another query is that as my father is rich person but after marriage he refuse all responsibilities and financial help to me as i am suffering from bad conditions. How can get me my share also in property. He converted almost all ancestral property in self aqired and i dont have any details about it. Iam in worst condition please help me. Thanks

As you are just like as my daughter be calm and ask 3/4 questions yourself 1 as it was not your responsibility by contacting or by social media About the person who is coming in to your life. 2 if his parents are good then our parents can also enquiries up to them only, 3 your drafting seems to be very excllent you are definitely achiever of a good job.4 you forgive your father and mother in laws then also forgive your husband accept as a challenge to be best person in the society. I have sure you will be successful in it. Dear daughter definitely your share in property equal your brother as per 2004 amendments of Hindu law.our parents also take information about our conditions really now they will come to your help.wait definitely good Days arises after every bad experience. you fhave to fight for your rigths ....
if we made a good case then you get your definatly in court of law
for that we have to file civil suit in court.
