yes if sufficient ground the women get maintenance from his husband in Hindu marriage act. and 125 criminal procedure court .yes the women can get maintenance simultaneously but it depend upon the vexatious right of the court

Technically yes but according to section 127 of CrPC the magistrate giving maintenance under section 125 may vary the amount according to the amount of maintenance decided by family court under section 24 of Hindu Marriage Act. So the total amount of maintenance will be the same. The magistrate may even refuse to order maintenance under s. 125 crpc if enough maintenance has been awarded under s. 24 Hindu Marriage Act.
