Need a good filing of section 24 of Hindu marriage Act. Urgently needed. I am filing on behalf of the girl and she is hindu by religion

need a good filing means, there are judgements to the effect moreso the drafting needs to be properly done plus it should be adjudicated within 2 months from the date of filing, what does need a good filing mean? please elaborately say as it is a bit difficult to understand and you must prepare it properly
