Can I take my motherto court?

My Mom did not support me when her elder sister asked her if I thought it fashionable to stammer. Also am not very happy in Bangalore as I had grown up in Mumbai and came here(Bangalore) because my father passed away.Can I take my Mom to court for all this? Though am a south Indian am more comfortable in the North. Cannot speak South Indian Languages.
Why you want to take your mother with you. Both of you enjoy in different places. No sentiments. Let her stay in Bengaluru. You cannot force her through any machinary except love and affection. Better stop such thoughts and enjoy living lonely.
