Can I marry my father's sister's daughter as per Hindu marriage laws

Hello sir, I would like to know sir that can I marry my father's sister's daughter according to our Hindu marriage law I am Hindu Thanks

As per HINDU MARRIAGE ACT ,there are certain kind of prohibited relation under which marriage is considered as void !so in you case too marriage is not possible as its comes under sapinda relation ,but their are certain exception also which are as per local customs and are allowed in some sects of Hindu if proved under customs ! After detail study I Could advise you more .

Sir Hindu custom is not permit . But legal custom is allowed for adults marriage.your father sister of daughter is your cousin sister .Hindu law not permit nearest family marriage.because your cousin sister is blood relation.

No you cannot since you two come within prohibited degree of relationship. However, this can be overcome if the custom or usage governing your family and the family of your father's sister permit this kind of a Marriage.
