Can i marry my cousin's maternal uncle's daughter

sir me and my g.f love each other we want to marry... we both belong to hindu family and we are both belong to SC category . sir problem is that she is my cousin's maternal uncle's daughter ( means she is my cousin's mama's (brother of my cousin's mother) daughter) are we legal for marriage plz help sir...

You can marry with each other legally. Legally there is no problem because as per Hindu marriage act marriage is null and void only in couple of saying means boy and girl belongs to successor of same grand father means sun and daughter of real unclean Bua. In your case your gf is daughter of your cousin's mama. Go ahead. But take service of advocate to avoid criminal case

why not. it is fair and legal if she is not falling under your gotra. in hindu dharma we do not narry a girl/ boy of sgotra. if your g.f is not your sgotra than you can marry with her. there is no problem at all.
