Can I convert my reIigion to marry my fathers sisters daughter

I am a Hindu Brahmin boy and I want to marry daughter of my father' sister. As Hindu marriage act does not allow it. So does special marriage act allow this marry or we can marry by converting into Muslim.

Yes, u r right that hindu marriage act does not allow this but it can fall under special marraige act and u may do as par special act. Morever u can't change your religion to only the soul purpose of marry.

You can not marry within spinda relationship or prohibited degrees under Hindu Law. If at all you both have decided to marry each other, then you need to convert your religion to Muslim. But u need to know that there are other social factors too which you have to face. So you have to address that too simultaneously.

no you can not change your religion for the sole purpose of marriage. It has been held in important decisions of Hon'ble Apex court and various high courts that conversion for the sake of marriage is prohibited and your marriage would be a void marriage
