Madam, there is no bar in purchasing property unless and untill you have legal resources to buy the same. The thing is your assests in toto should be proportionate to your disclosed income. If it is so, then there is no neex for you to fear anything. Check it with your CA.

Q: If wife doesn't want to live with in-laws ,how to file a divorce case ?

Sir l m 32 yrs Hindu boy; married in April 2015 now have a two months old boy. My wife has been living with her parents since last one year. my wife doesn't want to live with my parents. l tried a lot but didn't get any response. They r disturbing my job as they r spreading romours at my working place. lt was a dowry free marriage. what will be the basis if l file a case. l m alone son n can't leave my parents. Can she file a dowry case?

Sir, you have legal remedies under the law. You can file case for restitution of conjugal rights if you have not decided to get seperate from your wife. You can always take up your matter for mediation etc. You have to consult a lawyer personally to decide which option you want to take and the overshoot of the same.

If you record your call on your mobile it is not illegal. But if you use that call to blackmail someone or for some illegal purpose then yes you would be liable under law of land. You can not spy on anybody and record call of other two persons applying some hacking devices. It is surely illegal.

you can appraoch Indian embassy for execution of warrants against him. In criminal cases, warrants can be served through Indian embassy. you can search official website of Indian embassy for the same. I hope this will serve your purpose.

Q: Reply received for legal notice. Is there time limit

I sent a legal notice to another lawer who cheated me sending a fake HC order which is duly confirmed . One year lapsed. Fees paid already (I avoid to tell how much in detail). Since he begged n promissed to conduct my case without further expenses in lower court I keep calm. But no progress still. He refuses to attend my phone call last four months. In his reply he denied many of my questions raised.After I have given much time to him I conclude he is fraud. Now my question is that can I proceed for further action on him based on his activities n correspondence? Is there limitation period as per law. I req to don't avoid to answer since he is also wearing black coat. Kindly advice

Sir, there is no limitation period for filing a complaint against your lawyer. you can always approach the bar council with your complaint regarding fraud played by him with you. You can also file private criminal complaint against him or move appropriate application before court concerned.
