what is the process to register resident welfare association in delhi

Sir, I want to register our residence welfare association in Delhi. Can you please tell what is the procedure for this and what type of document required.
A RWO is registered as a society under the Societies Registration Act. Every society must have its own rules and bylaws, muster rolls and elections. You need a minimum of seven members. The society is to be registered with the Registrar of Societies. You can find more information at the below link.
