CAN A NEW RWA BE FORMED WHEN THERE IS ALREADY AN EXISTING ONE , IN THE SAME TOWNSHIP , BEARING A SIMILAR SOUNDING NAME, BY A FEW EXISTING MEMBERS OF THE FORMER RWA ?
If the first RWA is a registered entity and has been registration in accordance with the local laws, then it may not be possible to register a second RWA for the same township.
