can RWA stop me from entering. can they close the society door

Hi,
I do not intend to be RWA member in my society. They are harrassing me by closing the society door and restricting access to my home. When I build my home there was no agreement that I need to pay some money in order to access my home now they are extorting money from various residents and there is no one fees. The member of the current RWA are not trustworthy and they have increased the amount from 450 that was taken by earlier team to 1000 without any consent.
Police is also not helping.

In this situation you must approach civil court and you should seek stay/injunction against illicit money demands of your concerned RWA.
Also police will not be able to help you because the matter is of civil nature.
