In need of obc quota benefits and obc certificate

I m married and (also have delhi rashon card, aadhar, obc certificate of Delhi also) means no connection from my native place (documentary). I got selected in Delhi mcd job by obc Cora. But they refused to give me this benefit ,considered me a general candidate. And said u have right to get obc benefit only in ur native state, bt How it possible? Because Now i have no documents of my native place. Now both state are considering me as a general candidate, then from where i will get my obc right.and now I have to fight on 15% job seats (according to both state) really very confused, plz reply someone

A Writ of mandamus will have to be filed. Please meet a counsel with all documents as to ascertain if Writ Petition before High Court can be filed.
If you have obc certificate from Delhi, prima face, you have a good case on merit.

If you have obc quota from delhi then it is clear that you are citizen of delhi so you not need quota certificate from your native place discuss with higher authority of m.c.d or file a case against m.c.d

you just needed to re register your obc certificate in central Government Formet which will be acceptable anywhere no need to take any tension just go to the SDM office of your area and ask for the form they will provide you with rest of the information you have to carry your school certificates old OBC certificate and also your ID Address proof to there.
