How to get details of a case in Allahabad high court

Hi, whats the process to get details of a case in Allahabad high court. someone got bail in 2007 and since case is in cold box. how to know the status. Online no status could be found by accused name. It was a cheating case by 4 accused and arrest warrant was ordered in 2006-07. I don't have FIR no, or case no. I have name, address. Pls suggest. Regards,

You will have to find out the name of the case or the case number under which the case was filed in the Allahabad High Court and the year in which it was filed. Then you can search the status of the case by going on the website of the Allahabad high court.

To know the status of a case, visit Allahabad High Court website. But as you say that online no status is available and then either you contact a local lawyer who practices in that court or you directly go to the court and find out from registry branch or Ahlmad room, i.e. the record room. By the way, when you checked for case status online, did you type the name of accused or other party correctly? May be because of wrong spelling you are unable to track the status online.
