Time limit for case time bound at Allahabad High Court

Respected allnI filed DV case in hathras court in 2019. An exparte order has been given by the court in 2021. An amount of rs. 20000 has been ordered. I filed an execution case for the implementation of this order in 2022 March and my husband‘s advocate had filed a recall application on the same on July 2022 since then an order has been passed by the court again to hear the case again keeping rs. 20000 intact. nSome suggested us to go for early fixation in Allahabad high court. Please suggest.

If Order of maintenance is intact then you are entitled to get maintenance as interim maintenance and if you get maintenance as per the orderNo further action is warranted. the remedy via which you can knock the doors of Allahabad high court is when file the potion of revision you have not mention the salary of old partner through which an amount can be quantified or calculated

Dear Client, Yes, you can approach High Court under Article 227 for expedite your case for early disposal of your case so best option is come at Allahabad and file writ petition before court then your problem will resolve.
