Clarification regarding issuing date of OBC certificate & applicablity

I am in a very difficult situation. I have been cleared SSC CGL 2016 Tier-1 and Tier-2 and Tier-3 is also expected to be easily cleared by me. I am an OBC Non creamy layer candidate. The problem is regarding OBC certificate. SSC is only accepting obc certificate that is issued between 15.03.2013 and 09.09.2016. But my obc certificate is issued in nov 2012 and i have also a latest obc certificate issued in march 2017. As i belong to a very poor background and also umemployed. so i need this job. It is clearly mensioned in the ssc notificatin that ssc will count an obc candidate in UR category if he/she fails to give the certificate in this time period. As i need this job so please tell me what can i do in this situation and what needful step i can take? Please reply. Thank You in advance.

To the point its totally depends on the SSC that they accept or reject your application on ground of the point you focused. One thing from your side should be do. You ask to SSC department that you should provide a affidavit which assure that you belongs to same category during the time period they descried and their is no govt rule announced to change your cast category or its remains same as before and after the date so that is genuinely presents the similar cast category. May be that would be beneficial for you.

please send that ssc notification which clearly mentioned in that ssc will count an obc candidate in UR category if he/she fails to give the certificate in this time period. it is illegal .because in most of exams caste certificate required by conducting authority as latest issue within 6 months.
