If you like marriage life is not long time standing. So go to better solution divorce with both consent. And then after you can remarry and better life. Under section 10A of divorce act 1869.before district court.

First of all you both sit to gether and talked freely and find out the actual problems.Separation is not the solution. With regards the suicide threats first you inform to her parents, relatives and closed friends and give the same information to your area police inspector.Divorce is not so easy and simple not necessary that you have to give her what ever her parents demand. Also as per the law she has to stay with your old parents ,you also try to earn more money to full fill her requirements

Dear
Put the matter for conciliation if it is possible then live to gather. In case it is not possible then file separation application before the appropriate court.

If she willing to live separately then court will pass the order.

Thanks.
