Wife left matrimonial house and not coming back what can I do

my son marriaged on 5th feb.2015,after two month her wife went to her fathers home with her full clothes and jewellery without our permision.after that she born a baby in sept.2015 in her fathers home.but till now she not came back our home.at present she told her husband dont come my fathers home.what we can do thankyou

You have two options
One you can file for divorce on ground that the wife has left the husband and does not wish to live together. The divorce can also be filed by mutual consent of the husband and wife.
The other option is to file an application before the family court for restitution of conjugal rights.

it is largely dependent on what you wish to do. An application for the Restitution of Conjugal rights can be filed at the Local family court. By virtue of this, the wife can be persuaded to return back to the matrimonial home. If your son wishes to continue with this relation he may do the same or he may seek a divorce by the same manner. consult a lawyer for the same.
