Wife is putting false allegation and threatening me.what can I do ?

My marriage was 4 feb 2013 i was purchasing a shop for my business purpose but i was great love to my wife and also trust but i do no know whats her actual role regarding me my mom is govt employee and me my mother and wife only 3 person are living my home. unfortunate due to blind trust of my wife i was do the shop registry in my wife. but after registry of shop my life has become like as cruelty life in other word she started her actual color of living. she has blamed the wrong allegation like burn case dowry demand beated and some other alegation. what action can I take now
