Wife cheating on me, how to file divorce against her and get custody

I got married in 2008 and have a girl child of 8 year old, now I came to know that my wife is in relationship with another person, I have telephonic recording of both of them, if I file a case , will it be sufficient ground for divorce, shall I get custody of child, what will be time and expenses to get through the case. Can any one advise me , what action should I take
Ok ....the ground for divorce will be illicit relationship with other guy....see the time for the contested divorce will be around 6 months custody of the child will be decided in the meanwhile....hire a good lawyer because everyone can get you a divorce but child custody is a complicated issue....

You can file divorce on the ground of adultery. But Only telephonic recording will not suffice to prove adultery. You need to show some direct or indirect evidence to establish sexual relationship between your wife and adulterer.
You can get custody of child if you are able to prove that child's future is more secure and prosperous with you.
